Hello, my name is Noah and I am currently a teacher candidate at the University of Victoria. My teachable area is Biology, but I have a undergraduate and graduate degree in Biochemistry and therefore a general passion for science among other things.
As I grew up, I realized that I love to cook and learn more about cooking. When I was in my undergrad, I had the hypothetical dream of creating my own restaurant where all items on the menu would be inspired by memorable meals that I have had throughout my life. Each dish would be named after the person who inspired me or who made it for me with their corresponding story attached and my added personal twist. Using this blog as a place to hold these memories and recipes is something that I personally feel will last a lifetime.
